This Privacy Policy sets out the rules of storage and access to information on the User's devices using Cookies in order to provide electronic services requested by the User, by Agile4Software based in Owińska, Świerkowa 18 st., Poland (UE).

Definitions

  • Administrator - Agile4Software based in Owińska, Świerkowa 18 st., Poland (UE), that provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User's devices.
  • Cookies - computer data, in particular small text files that are saved and stored on the devices through which the User accesses the Website.
  • Administrator's Cookies - Cookies sent by the Administrator that are linked to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
  • Third Party Cookies - Cookies sent by the Administrator's partners through the Website.
  • Website - a website or an application ran by the Administrator on the domain www.coderedgame.pl.
  • Device - an electronic device used by the User to access the Website.
  • User - an entity to whom electronic services may be provided according to the Terms and laws or with whom a contract for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Types of Cookies we use

  • The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Devices. In particular, it is not possible for the User's Devices to be infected with viruses or other unwanted software or malware via Cookies. Cookies help identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website for each User individually. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain they come from, storage time on the Device and an assigned value.
  • Two types of Cookie files are used by the Administrator:

Why do we use Cookies

  • The Administrator uses Administrator's Cookies to:
    1. Configure the Website
      • customize the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the Website.
      • identify the User's Device and its location in order to properly display a website tailored to the User's individual needs.
      • remember the settings chosen by the User and personalize the user interface, e.g. the language or region of the User.

      • ensure the correct handling of the affiliate program, in particular allowing to verify the sources from which the Users were redirected to the Website.
    4. Remember the User location
      • correctly configure selected functions of the Website, allowing in particular to adjust the information sent to the User based on the location.
    5. Analyze and study the viewership
      • create anonymous statistics in order to help understand how the Users of the Website use the pages of the Website, in order to improve their structure and content.
    6. Ensure the safety and reliability of the Website
  • The Administrator of the service uses Third Party Cookies to:
    1. present multimedia content on the Website's pages, which is downloaded from an external website:

    2. collect general and anonymous static data using analysis tools:

The possibilities to determine the conditions of storage of or access by Cookies

  • The User can freely and at any time change the Cookie file settings, specifying the conditions of their storing on the User's Device and their access to the User's Device. The changes referred to in the preceding sentence can be done in the web browser settings or using the service configuration. The web browser settings can be hanged so as to block automatic Cookie handling, or to prompt the User every time a Cookie file is downloaded to the User's Device.   • The User can at any time delete Cookie files using the options of the web browser used by the User.
  • Restricting the use of Cookie files can affect some of the functionalities of the Website.
